frequently asked questions

A collection of the most common questions I get asked by my audience and collectors. If your question doesn’t seem to be answered below, don’t leave it unanswered, email me directly at schubert.annelies@gmail.com or fill in this contact form!

Are you currently accepting commission work?

I have recently opened up commission spots for my XXL embroidered pieces, most known as the bedroom series embroideries. If you are interested in commissioning a piece, please reach out via this form and I will get back to you very quickly and we can get that beautiful process started!

Do you offer custom framing for unframed original work?

Unfortunately no, I currently do not offer custom framing for my work. I do, occasionally, offer optional framing for specific pieces at an extra cost. When this is offered, the option will be available right under the original piece listing and you will have available images of the work framed and unframed.

How will my new artwork arrive to me?

I pack and ship originals myself — making sure that each package is padded, water proof, well-fitted, and in a sturdy box. Each piece is checked, double checked, and triple checked by me to make sure each piece is loved and securely set to go on its voyage towards its new home. I ship all original artwork with tracking information from the time it leaves my studio until the time it reaches your hands.

If I am in Paris, can I pick up my order at your studio?

This literally makes my heart sing, I would be more than happy to have you over in my little home studio and give you your package directly! If this is the case with you, you can choose the “pick-uo” option at checkout or shoot me an email to schubert.annelies@gmail.com including all your order details and we will arrange an in-studio pick up (+ most probably a coffee as well!).

What happens if I want to return a purchase?

I try my best to have full transparency with my audience and collectors and try to fulfill each order with as much care and love as I can, in order to bring you a high quality product and happy shopping experience, but if for some reason you feel like you need to return an item, please check my return policy here.

Is there any way I can learn with you? Do you offer any kind of workshops?

I do! I offer a number of creative workshops and experiences throughout the year, right here, in Paris, both in my personal studio as well as multiple fun locations around the city! You can keep up to date with the upcoming workshops here, reserve a workshop at my personal studio here, or sign up to my email newsletter to stay updated on all upcoming events here..

When I purchase an original, what does that really mean?

Purchasing an original work of art means that you will receive the unique, original piece and that you now own the work in its physical form accompanied by a signed certificate of authenticity . You can now live with the beauty of the work and display it in your home or business (amazing!), but I retain all the rights to the artwork itself. This means that I retain the right to make reproductions of the purchased piece. You, the collector, are not allowed to reproduce the artwork in any way or form.
